Actions to Achieve Symbiosis and Harmony between Advanced Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Super Intelligence, Quantum, Humanity, the Environment, and the Cosmos

The relationship between Humanity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Super Intelligence (SI), Quantum, the Environment, and the Cosmos is interdependent and synergistic, as explored through several recent experiences and events. Symbiosis and Harmony between Humanity and Technology are essential. Building on the Encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, a strategic Action Plan, guided by what is Light, Bright, Right, and Tight is proffered because this moment compels enlightened action that leads to results, not just rhetoric and reflection while addressing the fundamental question: How can technological innovation, particularly AI, SI, and Quantum, remain genuinely at the service of human dignity, responsibility, and the common good. With a focus Responsible AI, human oversight and accountability, the governance of increasingly autonomous systems, and the safety and ethical challenges arising when AI, SI, and Quantum are deployed in critical application areas and high-consequence environments, including defense, space, medicine, energy, and finance. Four Universal Mandates for AI, SI, and Quantum are outlined, inspired action is required to expand this call to Action
